If you already have a Membership Toolkit account, you may link it to LCS by signing in.<\/li>\n<li>You will need to create a Membership Toolkit login.<\/li>\n<li>Once you are logged in, click on \u201cMy Account,\u201d then \u201cMy Forms.\u201d Complete the \u201cFamily Profile\u201d by entering the parent contact information and student grade levels.<\/li>\n<li>Once you completed your \u201cFamily Profile,\u201d go back to \u201cMy Forms\u201d and complete the \u201cLanguage Class Registration\u201d<\/li>\n<li>You may need to first click on your shopping cart in order for \u201cFamily Profile\u201d to appear.<\/li>\n<li>On some browsers, the link does not appear until you hover over it.<\/li>\n<li>If you have previously registered with Membership Toolkit, please check and make sure your grade level selections are correct in your \u201cFamily Profile.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.8em;\">\n<li>You may choose to register online and \u201cpay later\u201d by mailing us a check. Be sure to indicate the student(s)\u2019s names and your order number on the check and mail to:\n<ul>\n<li><em>Livingston Chinese School, P.O. Box 179, Livingston, NJ 07039<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Alternatively, you may also choose to pay by Luma.
