Membership Toolkit

• We are using an online platform called Membership Toolkit. If you already have a Membership Toolkit account, you may link it to LCS by signing in.
• You will need to create a Membership Toolkit login.
• Once you are logged in, click on “My Account,” then “My Forms.” Complete the “Family Profile” by entering the parent contact information and student grade levels.
• Once you completed your “Family Profile,” go back to “My Forms” and complete the “Language Class Registration”
• You may need to first click on your shopping cart in order for “Family Profile” to appear.
• On some browsers, the link does not appear until you hover over it.
• If you have previously registered with Membership Toolkit, please check and make sure your grade level selections are correct in your “Family Profile.”

Payment

• You may choose to register online and “pay later” by mailing us a check. Be sure to indicate the student(s)’s names and your order number on the check and mail to:
  • Livingston Chinese School, P.O. Box 179, Livingston, NJ 07039
• Alternatively, you may also choose to pay by Luma. The Luma (2.9% + $0.30) transaction fee will be added to your total.
• Financial payment plans can be arranged by emailing livingstonchineseschool.hsa@gmail.com.

Tuition for 2024-2025

Tuition includes book/supply fee and 30 classes.

• Registration fee $25

• HSA dues $30

• Parent Duty Bond $75
